Reserved turkey neck and giblets (no liver)

- Bring neck, giblets, broth, and water to a boil in a large saucepan; skim off foam from surface of broth mixture and discard.
- Add the remaining ingredients; reduce heat to low and simmer, partially covered, 1 1/2 hours.
- Strain broth into bowl and press on solids to release liquids; discard solids. You should have 4 cups Turkey Broth (add water if necessary).
